MADE CIC is looking for Mentors to support young people aged 11–16 within community-based programmes. The role involves building positive relationships, offering guidance and encouragement, and acting as a consistent, positive role model while maintaining strong safeguarding and professional boundaries.

Requirements:

- Experience mentoring or supporting young people.

- Confidence working in community/outreach environments.

- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills.

- Enhanced DBS with barred list check (essential).

- Aged 18+.
